Beehive Wall Hanging

This little quilted wall hanging was fun to make. It was a kit I bought at one of my Guild auctions. It is only about 18" high. Right now it is hanging on my kitchen wall, where I put seasonal quilts.


Do you have certain "themes" that you like? I like bees, strawberries, vintage babies, and of course chickens!


Today I am off to a "smocking at the beach" day with my smocking guild. I have been looking forward to it for a long time. I'm bringing one of my favorite dishes: a strawberry balsamic green salad with roast chicken.
